No big deal, it is just a technical test to understand where you are and what are the next steps for you.
Screening interview
As you already know we care about you and we want you to succeed. So, the next step is to schedule another interview where you will talk with one of our amazing recruiters to further discuss your career goals and your specific technological interest. Our objective here is to make you comfortable and ready to work with us. Based on these discussions, you will then be placed in the specific technical track for an intensive twelve-week classroom-based training program.
Discussing your goals
Our Quotum team will help prepare you for real world situations and get you ready to earn the certifications you will need to succeed. During this period, you will receive a stipend and corporate accommodation if you need it, so you can focus on your training. On successful completion of the training, you will be assigned a Quotum recruiter who will help you select a project that meets your career goals and skillsets with one of the cutting-edge companies who are working to reinvent the future of technology.
